At Soumm, each bottle of Hair Ritual Oil is handcrafted in small batches and quality-checked before dispatch. We take pride in maintaining high standards of formulation, packaging, and delivery.

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Confirmation

All orders placed on www.soumm.in (or via official payment channels) are considered confirmed once payment is successfully received.

You will receive confirmation details via email or WhatsApp.

Orders cannot be modified once shipped.

2. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 4-6 business days.
  • Delivery timelines vary depending on location.
  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared.

Soumm is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disruptions, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos and an unboxing video (if available).

If verified, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
  • We do not offer refunds for damaged products — replacements only.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

4. Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong product due to our error:

  • Inform us within 48 hours.
  • We will arrange a replacement immediately.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our product:

Opened or used bottles are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Soumm Hair Ritual Oil is classified as a cosmetic/personal care product. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns once opened.

We encourage customers to read product details carefully before purchasing.

6. Dissatisfaction Policy

We understand that every scalp and hair type is unique.

If you are genuinely dissatisfied with your purchase, please write to us within 7 days of delivery at: soummritual@soumm.in.

Each case will be reviewed individually. While we do not guarantee refunds for opened products, we are committed to fair and thoughtful resolution wherever possible.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot accept returns or replacements for:

  • Used or partially used products
  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery (for damage claims)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Allergic reactions due to individual sensitivity

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application. If you experience unusual irritation, redness, or discomfort after proper patch testing, please discontinue use. We review each case thoughtfully.
