Orders are normally processed within a couple of weeks of payment confirmation. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and can vary with location, courier operations and public holidays.
As a personal-care brand, opened or used products generally can't be returned for a change of mind. If your order arrives damaged, defective, wrong or tampered with, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
